This is a view from my front lawn across over my neighbors house. I zoomed in with my lens as I love looking across here in the morning, as seeing the purple Lavender and white and pink flowers from the Dogwood. The Dogwood at the top of frame hasn’t fully bloomed yet. I always see this hunk of metal being framed by this natural beauty and although I love electricity and modern conveniences, sometimes I think “Is this the beast we can do?”
So I framed this man made hunk of metal and wire and framed it with natures best. I know who looks prettier. I also gave it a soft Orton effect, to help soften up the transformer. He is looking slightly better and I love the contrast between man made and nature.
Reblogged this on In My Mind It Makes Sense.
Such a paradox, isn’t it? I love the effect you put on it. We were without power last weekend for about 4 hours and I realized just how much we take for granted at times.
Nature beautifies everything
its a nature frame! 😀
Nice perspective with the contrast and what you had to say about it.
I love all the different vibrant colors!!
p.s. I was recently awarded a blog award and I’m passing it on to you! You’ve been added to my blog awards! You can check it out here: http://simplysnapshots.wordpress.com/2012/05/01/blog-awards/ Have a great day! 😀
