Today I needed this lantern more than in a long time. Today was a pretty tough day mentally for me. I tried to dissolve my thought patterns and emotions this a.m. by pulling out a book I recently purchased for guidance. However, I was only left more confused after reading :-). I guess sometimes less is more and it is OK to have a crappy day now and then.
All will work out well though and it is days like these, where I think the worst, are days when I should be looking to help someone else who is in need. So right now I am going to give something to someone who may need some TLC, an ear or words of encouragement.
That usually helping – being in service to others and taking the thought process away from me, me, me.

Ken..I hear what your saying.
However to give service to others …make sure that the service is not to make up for lack..to fill a need that you might need for yourself.
Chris…..Rumi rules!!!!!!
Chris,
Thanks for that insight. Appreciate it.

Peace to your evening and heart.
Thanks Catherine, appreciate the comments.
I’m just going to remind you what you said in an earlier post: What time is it? Now. Where am I? Here. And my two cents: yesterday is but a memory; tomorrow is purely anticipation. By the way, the lantern is beautiful. Namaste’
And so are you Gina. Thank you!
Sorry you are having a bad day. Your photograph is beautiful and a great symbol of light. Your post made me feel better as I had a run of bad days a few weeks ago. Starting to turn though.
thanks Helen. All is well.
Lovely picture…brings up very happy emotions for me…which I pass on to you:)
Thanks for that.
This is a great shot. You’ve managed to capture emotion without showing a face. Great work.
Thanks Lina, appreciate it.
